"We recently had a water heater leak which flooded the bottom of our house on Labor Day. We discovered it at 8 am and JW Home Care were onsite by 1 pm. The immediately started the process of vacuuming the bulk of the water out and setting up multiple de-humidifiers and industrial fans to start the drying process. They had a pack out company they worked with come immediately to remove the contents and furniture over the next 3 days. Then JW Home Care quickly moved to the next phase of flood cutting the drywall and removing the carpet and flooring. They monitored the 2 week drying out process almost daily.
