"Mad River plumbing is contracted with my home warranty company, so really it was my only choice. After reading the reviews, I was skepticle about the type of service I would receive. Honestly, my expereince was a 180 difference from what others have posted; from the time of the first call, through setting up the evaluation required by the home waaranty, through installation of two faucets. Since I work from home, there are small windows of time that needed to be accommodated. The front office person was kind, understanding and worked with me to find the most convenieint time. I received a reminder phone call the day before to confirm the time. Mike arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and was professional and efficient. I will contact Mad River plumbing for any future needs, covered by home warranty or not!"

"The worst experience I’ve had working with something like this. I never leave reviews for anything, when I scheduled my appointment they said it was scheduled for the day after we agreed upon. When it was time for them to show up @9am, nobody came, i waited till 10:30 to call, when I did, the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me she hung up. I called back and she put me on hold for ten minutes. They came to fix a leaky fosset and by the time they left it was worse. They said it was unfixable unless I ordered a bunch of parts, just called a handyman I know and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Do not give your money to this terrible business!"

"I was told my appointment would be 8am. I called at 11:30am and asked for an update. They called back a half hour later and said it would be another hour. Apparently they had told me the wrong appt. time when I scheduled and since there's no confirmation phone calls as there are with other plumbing businesses I had no way of knowing this. I took the entire morning off of work and received no apologies for their mistake. I will never use Mad River for my plumbing needs."
