"I came to town for a day trip and my car started making a weird noise. I stopped here without an appointment, and they took my car in anyway! I ended up needing a repair urgently that could have had me losing a wheel if I'd driven it home. They are repairing it now and I'm very happy they are helping me. I can tell they care about me and getting me in the road safe. They were also very kind to my dog and let us both wait in the waiting room to get lodging and insurance arrangements sorted out. Thank you guys."

"Turns out that these monkeys used some sort of pneumatic torque wrench or impact tool to seal the oil drain plug that no one can subsequently remove without creating potential damage and the need for an oil pan replacement. Was told by 2 separate automotive businesses to take it back to Neely as they could not remove the plug. Had a very abrasive and combative conversation with someone at Neely that was not very eager to solve the problem they created, considering I live in Crescent City now (he was told where I live). All I was trying to do is change my oil again and I’m now confronted with a plug that is not coming off since my last visit to Neely. At $114.68, you can do better elsewhere on price and the additional out-of-pocket expense created here."
