"Terrible experience! When I entered not much of a welcome or we'll be with you soon. I found a seat and waited. I came to the store because I wanted to do an insurance claim on my razor 2023. This is the 3rd one I've had where the screen fails in the middle. At this point the bottom half of the screen was working but the top half wasn't. It was usable, I could make calls, text, check emails. I hand my phone to Junior and explain the bottom half is working but the top isn't I want to do an insurance claim. He calls over his Manger who looks at it then looks at me and said itsbroken and i cant make an insurance claim. He wouldn't listen to the fact that this is my 3rd one or even look at my account to see that it's been replaced already for a known defect. Manager walks away. Junior then folds the phone, plays with the front and them reopened it. Now nothing is working at all! Just a total lack of thought and care. Clearly there's an issue with the screen at the fold so let's fold it some more, it's not his phone he's causing damage to. And then when I said something to him about it. He's like oh I can help you with the insurance claim now. I walked out I was so furious!!"
