"My entire experience from start to finish at Rosalin’s was perfect. I had appointments at three different boutiques when I first went, this one being the second appointment of the day. I fell in love with my dress and the owner told me she would credit me what I had paid for my appointment at the third boutique so I didn’t lose any money. The dress came in with plenty of time to spare and my seamstress, Chi, was stellar. She didn’t try to tell me the dress needed frivolous alterations and kept everything at a minimum. She also gave me a lot of tips for the wedding day, like where to hold my bouquet and how to adjust the dress throughout the night. I cannot recommend this place enough, I am so happy with my experience!"
"The staff at Rosalin’s is nothing short of amazing! They helped me try on at least 7 or 8 different types of dresses, as I had no idea what would look good on me. They had the one Maggie Sottero dress I saw online that I loved, and once I tried it on, I knew it was the one. They were very patient with me as I tried on other styles just to be sure that was the one. I wanted to sleep on it, and went to another boutique to try on a few more to rule out other options. I purchased my dress from Rosalin’s about a week later, and they were very helpful during the whole process. I bought my veil there as well, and had my alterations done there also. The dress turned out beautiful! They have a huge selection of dresses, and I love the one I chose. I came here because a friend of mine got her gown here also. Can’t recommend enough!"
"When my daughter called me sobbing because a big box bridal store seriously messed up her wedding gown a month before her wedding, I started making frantic calls to get an appointment for a new gown. Most stores were sympathetic, but said, "your daughter will need to pick a gown from our sample sale items". Rosalin's was different: They immediately said, "Come on in! We'll help you!" I was able to schedule an appointment 2 days later and when we arrived and told them what happened, Rosalin said, "Pick any gown in the store, we can replace our stock, but you can't order a new dress quickly enough." We were so happy! My daughter tried on several and found "THE ONE"! Not only did Rosalin's sell us the dress right there, but they gave us a sample discount and had their (very talented) alterations person come in the next day for an emergency fitting. They were so amazing, I can't say enough nice things about them! Go to Rosalin's Bridal Boutique if you need a wedding gown!!!"
"Working with Rosalin's Bridal was great, even when I encountered a major fitting issue with my dress. Their team, especially Veronica, was incredibly understanding and worked to ensure everything was perfect for my big day. Their prices were reasonable, and they were incredibly accommodating with my busy schedule, always willing to adjust appointments to fit my needs. From the very first conversation, Veronica didn’t sell me any false promises. The seamstress (sorry I’m blanking on her name!) listened attentively to my specific alteration requests and offered her honest professional advice. Specifically, when I asked her how low we could make the back, she educated me on the importance of maintaining the integrity of the dress while still lowering the back. Her meticulous work transformed the dress into an absolute dream, surpassing my expectations. I can't recommend Rosalin's Bridal highly enough!"
"I used Rosalins Bridal Boutique to shop for wedding dresses, purchase my wedding dress, and for alterations. For shopping and purchasing I give them 5 stars, and I would definitely recommend them! The day of my dress shopping was a wonderful experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to buy a certain dress. She let me try on the one I ended up buying multiple times, and she made sure there was time for photos of the dress options. She paused to ask questions of my friends and family and made sure my opinion was heard. Purchasing the dress was seamless and she explained everything out clearly. Then they helped my whole group take cute pictures. I would 100% recommend shopping for a dress here, and if you find the right one for you I definitely recommend purchasing it here. Now... the alterations. When I first ordered the dress, it fit almost perfectly, just slightly snug. I was planning on losing some weight, so after talking with the mom we decided ordering the size I tried on (not a size up or down) would be best because it's way more expensive with alterations to let a dress out, rather than alter it smaller. So I went with their expertise. At the first alterations appointment, I wanted to cry. The dress was too small. And they had to let the dress out. On March 25th (when I bought the dress) I weighed 170.64 On July 2nd (1st alteration appointment) I weighed 166.89 Like I said the dress size I tried on was slightly snug in the breast area but fit fine, and was easy to zip up. We ordered the same size and even though I had lost weight, was couldn't even zip it up. Their reasoning was the try on dresses are looser because they get stretched out. Now this is fine and all, but if it's true, I should have been told this when I bought the dress not 14 weeks later, and advised to size up. The dress was only too small in the chest area, so I asked the seamstress to do her best not to let the waist out too much because I loved how the waist fit. AND I also told her I was still losing weight so please don't let it out too much. Fast forward to the second appointment and now the whole dress is much too big. Not only does the chest still not fit, but now the waist is too big as well. So they figure out what parts of the dress need to be taken in. And charged me extra for the additional alterations. Now in between all of this, I get an email the day of my second appointment saying they need to reschedule. So we reschedule for the next day. The next day I got another email asking to reschedule again. So we reschedule for 5 days later. But I am assured that everything will be done in time, even though my wedding is now two weeks away. Two days before this appointment I am asked to reschedule again. We finally have the appointment and everything is fine. The dress finally fits. It does slip down some though, instead of staying up where it should. And she showed me how to pull it back up properly. In hindsight, I should have figured out how to make sure it wouldn't slip down, because I spent WAY TOO MUCH time pulling it back up where it should be on my wedding day. And I definitely think for the price of alterations, this should have been something that was done. Everyone was very courteous about the rescheduling. But one would think after rescheduling my appointment three times and cutting it so close to my wedding, that I would be offered a discount on alterations. Nope. I am not sure how much of this is normal and acceptable. Because they were so courteous I have decided to still leave 4 stars regardless of my alterations experiences. I will leave it up to you if you decide to go there for alterations, but I did not find the cost of alterations to be commensurate with my experience or resulting dress alterations, and therefore would not recommend alterations here."
