"Can here looking for shoes only to find they made a new system to get cleats. It’s terrible takes forever to get them and find good ones. No idea why they would change the system to something so much worse."

"If anyone from corporate reads this please understand you lost a group of customers because of the floor manager Bobby C. Dick’s Sporting Good’s had marketed the items as 50% off on clearance via their sticker system. Upon arriving at the counter he instructed his team to switch the sticker because he decided to act discriminatory or just plain petty. When we reached the counter he said “I determine the price”. Pictures are there below. The whole time my friends felt a very rude and disrespectful attitude from him."

"Really bad customer service I’m visiting from Florida just stopped by and buy some stuff and a couple pants different colors cashier Jose charge me a higher price on one pants I explained that is the same even show him a picture of the sign with the price he said on no is different style I explain that it was mix the ones that I picked he said no sorry I can’t charge you the price. He need to learn customer service isn’t my fault that someone put it on the wrong rack I bought the pants because I like them and I can afford them but he need a better class how to help a customer."

"They have a temporary location behind this one since they are remodeling, but I looked for darts and board and they didn't have it. They used to carry it, but not in this store. They have a wide variety of soccer jerseys thou. I was happy about that."
