Back to back customer support, super personal attention and many hours by Boris himself which is an extremely busy and innovative person that is on the front line of new inventions and making locksmiths and customers all around the world work way easier with professional tools. I have purchased and programmed countless keys everything works perfect! "I purchased a part from them and had an issue with it not working (possibly my fault). Customer service (Boris) responded via email quickly to try and diagnose the issue by looking at pictures I provided of the item (circuit board). No visual issues were apparent so Boris authorized a replacement. I received the package the next afternoon, less than 24 hours. It included a return label to ship back the first one. Overall very pleased with the experience and would buy from them again. I see some really bad reviews here but that was my experience FWIW."

"LA Car Tech is either a scammer or just incompetent, you decide. I recently purchased a $99.99 part and paid an additional $49.67 for next day air shipment. The FedEx package arrived on time, and in perfect unopened & undamaged condition, but it was an empty box, no, part only an instruction sheet. I paid $149.66 for an empty box! Trying for resolution is impossible. They say they checked their in house cameras & inventory & it was properly shipped. Their solution was to make a claim with FedEx. Another problem is you can never speak with a real person, only the receptionist. Calls to the sales department are always recorded and never returned, and emails are always from the “LA Car Team” so you never know who to contact. Anyway, so much for my $149.66 for nothing which to me is the same as a scam!"
