"I went in for an oil change special, but hadn't realized the other benefits of going into my dealer. My service advisor was kind enough to explain why the "oil change" took longer. It's because they do an all points check on critical areas. They issue a document detailing things needing attention now and a heads up on upcoming needs. Since I'll be needing tires soon, my advisor (Richard Burns) took the time to research and print a report for me with four brand options and even explained the the least expensive option actually had the best rating. Definitely changed my mind from "never coming again" to "continue loyalty." PS they washed my car too."

He said I'll be with you shortly, I waited, waited he never returned so I started to make my exit went back to my vehicle . Then Mark asked if I'd been helped I went on a rave he calmed me down.
