"I had my car battery replaced here. The guys were nice and changed the battery out once they were finished with the car they were working on. The core fee refund was a bit of a hassle though. This is something that should be able to be refunded by the auto center or the cashier in the area."
"I had a great experience at Walmart Auto center. I had my oil changed for my Prius, and the attention that the worker (very nice middle aged gentleman) paid toward my vehicle was outstanding. He was friendly, kind, and courteous, and he filled my tires and windshield fluid in addition to doing a good job with the oil change. I will definitely be coming back!"
"Be careful getting your oil changed here, I checked my oil level a couple days after getting my oil changed and it was significantly higher than it should have been. A different mechanic told me that it was at a level that could have flooded and killed the entire engine. I ended up taking about a quart of oil out of the car (shown in the photo of the oil pan) to get it to the correct level. The arrow in the photo shows where the oil level was and you can see the second indicator hole is well below that level. It should be between the 2 holes not over half an inch above it! So disappointing."
"Every time I come here to try to get an oil change they lie and always say we’re not taking anymore cars when it’s barely 3pm or they say they’re only taking appointments but on the website it says otherwise. Don’t waste your time coming here. Laziest people"
"This was by far the BEST experience of maintaining my car... The Staff works together so well and projects a SAFE and Professional environment.... AWESOME TEAM...... They changed the Oil, Rotated and Balanced the tires in a timely manor... Yancy and Angel were very courteous and competent as well as the entire staff were so friendly... THANK YOU!!!!!!"
