"I had a 30 year old front door handle/deadbolt with a broken internal part that prevented the thumb latch from working. The owner on Thompson knew exactly what it was, found a Baldwin replacement kit in the back and didn't charge me a nickel because Baldwin 'gives him the kits for free'. Baldwin is an excellent brand and offers lifetime warranty for the original owner - but not me - and the owner could have charged me a lot to avoid buying an entirely new $700 door handle but he didn't! He knows his stuff and was great to deal with. Use him if you can to make up for the free parts he gave me!"

"Needed to have a lock rekeyed for a mobility scooter lift for my mother. Went on a Saturday and did not realize that George was closed. Unfortunately for him, we had some rain and his roof leaked. Luckily for me his door was open and even though his business was closed, he stopped what he was doing which was trying to clean and dry some of his inventory to help me. He knew what to do, since he had to use plan B...taking off my glove department lock to get a precise reading for the new key. George is a very trust worthy and honest person.
