"Avoid this place. My phone died and I came in to see if I could charge it. I was told no, but the rep sold me 1 time charge device and said it came fully charged in the box. I opened it and there was no wire, he then said "oh, you have to buy that separately". After a quick $25, we left the area. Not 10 minutes later, my phone got charged to 1% and the brand new charger stopped working completely. So I paid $25 and still got no charge."
"Very friendly and good service. Unfortunately I got the advice for Lycamobile as best provider in Yosemite. Guess what's the only provider not working over here. Verizon and AT&T are working without a problem."
"This store is a scam. I bought a new SIM card at a price of 30 dollars to have 15Gb of internet on my phone. After two days, internet was not working. I only consumed 450mb …"
"Beautiful store with very friendly staffs. Highly recommend the Lyca plans for a short term visit."
"Bought an unlimited data sim for traveling the states for a month for 55$. He reassured me (after asking him several times) that the internet would work both west and east coast. He also admitted that it would actually cap at 60gb and in fact wasn't unlimited (fine as long as it's stated so you just save and make sure to not use it all). Still not okay to call it limitless in my opinion? Anyhow. It all worked great until we made it to NYC. Now it's 0,012mbit (useless) and we have only used 40gb. Tried calling them several times without luck. Hoping to get their attention this way so we can figure out what's wrong.. Otherwise I'll call it false advertisement and am afraid their sim cards only work on the west coast or unlimited means 40gb. I should have backed out when the sim didn't come with written specifications. Hope others don't get fooled and make the same mistake."
