"Their technician left my coffee machine leaking, not just once, but two times. They came back to finally fix the problem and it took them over 2 months to come back to reinstall the machine after the repairs were made because they were busy and the other technician they flew in from Los Angeles. I can live with that as it’s a high end machine and it requires knowledge of the machine. But when they told me to file a claim through their insurance; their insurance completely denied responsibility. I emailed ownership and management and at first they were sympathetic and told me to let the insurance handle it which makes sense then when I got denied I emailed them to make things right and low and behold - no response. My insurance did a horrible job writing up the subrogation. They did not even do a thorough investigation. No thanks to Safeco Insurance. The leak caused my floors to warp and my cabinet to warp. Their owners won’t even own up to their technician’s fault and now they have me resorting to legal action. To screw me like this is unconscionable and unbelievable! I thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. Even their technicians apologized and I have texts to prove it. So be careful! I never thought this company would do this to me. There are other places you can get high end appliances with better customer service like Friedmans Appliance. I wished I spent my $40k with Friedmans Appliance instead."
