"I've had good luck with the appliances, but the delivery is difficult and the install is not done by professionals, so you get what you get. Last time the "guys" forgot to bring a wrench or pliers, so we had to borrow one from the maintenance in the building... I have gotten several appliances from this company over 15 years. Sometimes you win...sometimes not..but I mostly win."

"People this place are scamming people! They went to my parents house to fix a stove They charge them $75 dollars for home services They did not fix anything, but instead broke another line gas in the stove. They keep telling my parents to buy another stove that they sell for $300. And they would take the broken one. The worst part is that they remove screws and other parts in the stove that they did not put them back, Causing a SAFETY HAZARD in the house! Worst place ever i would never call these people for everything! P.S (I also called the guy that went to my parents house, he was very rude and would not have any solution for this problem)"

"A coined washer and dryer were purchased through them and the machines were installed no problem at one of the properties we manage. Then the washer started to leak soon after it was installed. We called and let them know it was a problem. They said they would go out to fix it. I did not here from them about when they would go out and fix it. I called them back and they said they think it was done but they would give me confirmation that it was done. To this day (6/17/2014) a week later I still have not received word back. Then we discovered they gave us the wrong keys to opened the coined laundry. So I called the Kings and they claimed they gave us the right keys, and that the machines would have to be broken open in order to receive the right ones. I thought there might be another option and asked to speak with his boss or manager. He said he would call me back but he didn't ask for my name or phone number. I called them back two days later and asked to speak with his boss. After explaining my problem to the boss he said he could get someone out that day Friday or the following Monday he took my number and said he would give us a call. It is now Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from anyone at that company."
