Our talented alterations team, with over 25 years of expertise in couture gown making, performs all alterations in-house. This allows us to offer custom modifications, such as reshaping necklines, adjusting gown backs, adding built-in corsets, and incorporating Swarovski sparkle for that perfect finishing touch.

This is definitely a store with a higher level of customer service. The store itself is so cute! Sparkly chandeliers hang throughout the store, and each bride to be with an appointment gets her own suite with plush velvet couches and huge mirrors. Perfect lighting highlights the details in each dress, and the thick curtain provides ideal privacy for the bride. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable about the current selection of dresses and lo and behold, she brought us the dress! The buying process was clear and left zero guesswork. She said yes at Miosa!"

She was an excellent consultant and was truly exceptional with maintaining control of the appointment despite my 4 yo and 17 month old kids being present and eating all the employee snacks. I showed her a few photos of inspiration at the beginning of our appointment and she took it from there. And she NAILED IT! I said yes to the dress and Miosa Bride and got an AMAZING deal on a brand new dress. I would recommend this shop 1000% to all future brides.
