"Don't waste your time here... Lady was rude and looked like she hated life... They also wanted to charge me a $135 service fee plus my DMV fees would have been $220 all together Went to DMV only paid $98 for everything This place is a joke"

"In the morning of Dec 20, 2022, I called their office and explained clearly what I wanted to do - (1) wife and I acquired a car from a family member that we needed to transfer the title to our names, having DMV 256 form ready; (2) the car's renewal date was going to be in a few days, 12/26/2022, so we needed to do the registration renewal too, having the smog certificate in hands. I asked the lady how much the total cost would be, she said total would be $52, "just bring the title and forms we'd take care of them". By noon, I was busy in work so I asked my wife to take the docs to their office. Upon finished paperwork, my wife saw a $56 among the list items and thought that was the service fee. She asked if that was the service charge, the lady said yes. My wife had limited English and paid in full. After work in the evening I got the receipt, it showed the service fee $100 ($56 was DMV current registration fee). On the second day morning, I called in and asked about it, the lady said the fee was for two items - title transfer and the registration renewal. I asked why she said $52 in the first place, she said that was a mistake and she was just following the computer whatever rates were in it. I told her if she had told me $100 on my first call to her, I would have gone to DMV office instead. Lesson of the day - not all businesses are equal in term of honesty. Trick or not, you be the judge."

"Been here a few times to register my vehicles, i think it costs about $30 where the DMV is free BUT when the line at oceanside DMV is around the corner just to get a ticket to get in line its worth every penny. I go here for all my DMV services now. Great little place, excellent service."
