"If I could rate zero stars I would. My Fiancé went in to pick up our daughter’s First Birthday smash cake and half sheet cake, he was then informed that nobody had a form and that our cake was not made. I ordered my cake on April 7th 2024, so they had plenty of time and whoever took our order need to be held accountable for their negligence (initial on my copy was S.C) This was quite upsetting. Although the lady did end up making us the cakes but they were just plain and NOTHING how I wanted it and my Fiancé missed majority of the party due to this. I didn’t even want to pay but we didn’t want to make a big fuss at the time since we needed the cake. Safeway DO BETTER."
