"Terrible cappuccino! Terrible flat white! Barista is either untrained or uncaring about quality. Milk in the cappuccino was way overcooked, not steamed; tastes awful. Flat white is supposed to be a small amount of milk on top of the coffee; not. This is like slightly coffee-flavored milk. Will not return to this location."
"Went in on a Saturday afternoon for a cold drink. The place was a mess. Tables not cleared, & food on the floor, yet there were plenty of employees standing around. Placed my order and waited. Asked to speak to the manager. She was busy counting a money till and was 5 mins. before coming over. I asked what was taking so long to get my drink. And, why was the place such a mess? Her reply was the printer wasn't working--marking the order on the cup. They had to do it by hand. Really??? This was the explanation for a dirty restaurant and slow customer service with employees standing around?! Forget coming back to this place!"
"I truly love this location. Some of the staff is super amazing. The only issue I have had is that when I order my drink they make it hot instead of iced. The first couple of times I was fine with it. It has just happened 5 times now. I always read the ticket to make sure it says iced and it does. I feel like some of the staff could do better at making sure to read the tickets again so they don't make this mistake. The staff member Gabe is truly amazing. He knows how to talk to you when you are waiting for your drink to be remade. He is an absolute joy!"
"Like many other businesses, COVID-19 has changed the way they do business. This Starbucks is takeout only. I have to say, I was met with a smile and great service. They're doing their part to help us through tough times. Thanks Starbucks!!! Update - November 14, 2021. This store isn't what it used to be. Staff are going through the motions. They take your order, but no smile. Worse, the store isn't clean. My table wasn't clean. Too many flies. Supplies kept in the seating area. Empty supply trays inside and outside. Dirty coffee station. Even the dumpster is a mess. A clean restaurant is a minimum requirement. Pictures tell the story. Management must know. Why is this allowed? Do you want to go to an unhealthy store for food and drinks?"
