"The instructor, Paul, had such an amazing spirit! I felt welcomed and taken care of. They were gentle and very informative. It felt like an amazing welcome class! I was encouraged by his constructive comments and kind words. Based off of Paul's hospitality, preparedness, and calming spirit I would definitely have returned for more classes! A great intro to Pilates for sure! My only qualm is with the front desk staff. There was a kind gentleman and another woman at the front. The person at the front of the house charged me $26 for a single pair of grip socks. I was flustered since I was late and I wanted to just get into the class. She asked my shoe size, grabbed a pair, and then charged me for it. She did mention the total price before I gave her my card, but in the split second I was unsure of what to do and I was considering just not buying the crazy expensive socks and going to target or walmart and coming back another day for the intro class, but before I could say anything she had cut open the packaging and handed me back the socks. I just felt scammed and cheated. The class was still lovely. I'm just now reconsidering if I want to purchase the class pack anymore if this is what the sales team is like. I don't know what else I might get cheated into or what other fine print there may be."

"I love the Lakewood Studio the most, every instructor i have had has helped me grow my practice! The facility is new and clean the front desk are so friendly and answer all questions and concerns. The parking is easy to access as well as the classes! Btw i had back surgery and the instructors are knowledgable in making accommodations for limitations!"

"All of the instructors teach with skill, enthusiasm, patience, and a desire to individually help everyone do their best according to their own personal strengths and abilities. I enjoy this daily addition to my routine and to feeling stronger and healthier! I'm glad I went with an unlimited membership. It gives me so much flexibility in terms of types of classes and instructors available at the various venues...I can't get bored!"

"As a beginner to Pilates I truly enjoy Club Pilates. I want to really thank Brianna! She provides direction to ensure that your form is correct thus resulting in the correct muscle isolation! Her 1.5 pushes us while allowing us the opportunity to learn. It may be safe to say that some of the front desk staff are young and possibly new which has resulted in some billing errors, but Savannah is the manager and has been very responsive and helpful when things arise. Keep up the good work Lakewood Heartwell!"
