The classes are curated to make sure you make the most out of the 55 minute time allotments. What I enjoy most about corex are the customized classes which make sure you get the best possible workout in, as well as the ease of signing up for classes with the app. The staff is super friendly, and they will remember you by name. David (the owner) is extremely helpful and a great coach. Every instructor has their own unique style; so no matter who you get, you’ll be in for a fun and challenging hour."
"Great gym with amazing trainers. Helps you reach your goals. Very professional. Each trainer has something special about them. No matter what a persons fitness level currently is, there is always a place for them at Core X fitness. Self motivation is important when working out but luckily the trainers are very supportive and motivational during workouts. Bring water you will need it. If you forget your water that’s okay, they sell water there. Saturdays are the best with coach David. It’s all HIIT and I burn around 600-800 calories in just that group session alone."
