"I trained with Jemil for 6 months prior to that never stepped foot in the gym before. After doing research and reading reviews, I came across Jemil and scheduled a consultation to see what I was getting myself into. "I worked with Jemil for 5 months after not working out for an entire year due to a disability. I could barely balance and had dizziness issues. Jemil was very understanding and generous and created an entire system to help me get back on my feet and back into the gym. But not only is he a great trainer, he is a great nutritionist and life coach. I learned so much from Jemil that I have never learned from working with any other trainer or training program in my life.
