"I love the concept of this place. Come in and have a real professional evaluate your stride to ensure the best possible shoe fit and support. The floor staff were awesome. But whoever manages the ordering/ stocking lost 2-3 sales at lest while I was there. Between 3 locations they had almost no mens 9.5 runners or trail runners. Their loss, Rei’s gain."

"I stopped by this store a few days ago looking for some walking/jogging shoes. I was helped out by Christian who helped me get an size scan for the shoes and even brought out 3 different pairs in slightly different sizes for me to find my most comfortable fit. Unfortunately they didn't have anything in my size since my size happens to be fairly uncommon and usually special order. Even then Christian went above and beyond and called a sister store a few miles down and was able to find a pair for me there and put it on hold. If anyone is looking for some new running/walking/jogging shoes and wants an experience and fit that is the most accurate to you I'd definitely recommend Runners High over any run of the mill Adidas or Nike."
