"Everything about Fitstop feels premium. The trainers are elite and the programmed lifts/cardio in the workouts hit on everything I want in my training goals. "This is definitely one of the better workouts I’ve had in the South Bay. I know there are a lot of options in the area, but none of them incorporate weights the way that FitStop does. I loved the HIT workout and felt like I got stronger. Also, you can tell that they take care of the facility. Cleanliness is always priority #1 and this place is CLEAN!"
