"I lucked into finding this gym while I was in Newbury Park for work for a few weeks. Excellent gym and staff, Josh’s Friday sessions were an amazing workout and Dawn’s mitt work sessions were fantastic. I wish my home gym had the leather bags and space found here. The owners were great and let me use loaner gloves since I hadn’t thought I’d find a gym in walking distance of my hotel so I hadn’t packed any. Though they stock some really nice Hayabusas, which is my current favorite brand since my cottage women’s glove brand got crushed by the pandemic. They seemed to have a lot of flexibility for punch passes or memberships. I wish it were closer, like in my state."

"Cathy and Jeff are dedicated amazing coaches. They have put their heart and soul in this gym and care deeply about their students. My 15 yr old son has been going to youth boxing for several months. His fitness has increased drastically and he actually loves it. He is going 3-4 days a week now. He has also had such a vast improvement in his mood and ability to focus on his school work. I'm amazed at what a huge change consistent exercise and training can accomplish. This is a great gym, give them a try."

"This place is fantastic. The coaches are fun, kind, and encouraging, there's a good vibe among people boxing, and the $100 intro month deal is great because it gets a private lesson to get you started and a pair of gloves. I've been going about four months and don't see stopping."
