Happen to help him meet his sale goal for the day, couldn’t have been more happier to help with that! Awesome selection but MOVE THEM INTO THE MALL! They need more space to show case because being connected to the mall but outside has them tucked away in my opinion of being a frequent Zumies consumer. Soooooo mannnny awesome stickers which is a main go to! So many options there! Lucky to have found a sweater in the exact size needed which is rare in my opinion. "Terrible customer service! I came in to return unwanted Christmas gifts I purchased online of over $400. The store Manager gave me a hard time with my return clearly she didn’t want to give me my refund! She was asking for more than one drivers license. Insisting drivers license is needed to return or else cannot do return! After a long wait with a toddler outside just to get in! Giving me problems with my return! I asked for her name she said she did not have to give me her name! Absolutely rude and unprofessional! The employees were also very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! I will never come back here again to shop or waste my time and money. Very upset!"

"The Zumies in the Thousand Oaks mall is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming into the store. Have tried ordering from the website twice and ended up coming into the store to fix my online purchases. The store offers the same great prices. Much better to come in and interact with some cool people and get exactly what you want the first time."
