"I’ve never gotten the best service at this big five but the Karen at the front won’t greet you if she doesn’t like how you look. The Karen in the back won’t help you if she thinks you’re not going to buy anything. She will fallow you around with her back turned to you and if you ask for help she gives attitude. The strange part is that the when nice looking white folks walked in were greeted and helped. Strange way to run a business. Not to mention they don’t price match. Stupid way to run a businesses."

"Great location, just off the #101 freeway. One of the few parking lots with SHADE (lots of trees, needed for hot days). Good supply of camping equipment, shoes (from running to river sandals), fishing supplies, specialty clothing. The employees in the shoe section were very helpful, checked back with me, kept the area tidy and clear of boxes so you had a place to sit while trying on shies. This is a place where you'll want to check back periodically for sales, so keep a watch out for deals especially at major holidays (Labor Day, etc)."
