"Love all their classes. Great instructors and great energy! A very good mix of classes - flow, 26x2, barre, Pilates . Joined a year and a half back and I am hooked! Feel stronger in the core and leg muscles. Highly recommend this place!"

The classes I attended were challenging yet very calming and rewarding. The staff is very knowledgeable and were very helpful with giving me advice as a beginner.
