"What is wrong with the employees here? Selection is great, stocking levels good, veggies fresh but holy cow their employees are on a power trip like a mall cop on a Segway. Today’s incident isn’t a huge deal but on top of prior stuff I don’t want to go back. Went through self checkout with my daughter, she’s handing me all the stuff to scan, I used 2 reusable bags and pay- hitting the 2 when the bag selection came up. Lady monitoring the self check out comes up says you need to pay for those bags, next time scan them. I told her you don’t scan them, you enter the quantity and I hit 2. I’m not sure if she was confused about them being the ones you buy that aren’t plastic or what. I find them on the receipt and she says sorry. Now alone not a big deal but on top of other questionable actions from their employees why would I continue to give them my $$. At Ralph’s I NEVER had an interaction like this, they treated us like friends and laughed at the register. I only switched to Albertsons due to the produce not being so fresh during their remodel. They should hire some Ralph’s employees and see how to treat customers."
"Friendly and helpful staff, a great selection and quality of produce and meats/seafood, and a nice assortment of organic and healthy options. Coupons and decent pricing are a plus, as is the beer and wine department. Really like their variety and quality of produce, as well as coffee/K-cups. Nice seafood and meat counters, and deli section. After TJ'S, my next favorite place to buy groceries. Staff is always friendly and helpful, as well."
"They are open late which I appreciate. I don’t particularly love the prices. Sometimes things are more than I feel they should be but the staff are friendly and the selection is pretty good."
"Self check out area not clean. Watch expiration dates on purchases. Items on selves without pricing. Help not available to address pricing. Has a nice section of cards and fresh flowers. Produce area is okay. Unfortunately not a lot of markets in the area. Disappointing."
"Love This Store!! Best Deli,Produce and Meat Counter with the Best Butchers around!! The Whole Staff is Awesome and it takes Me 2hrs to shop because these folks are my Friends and I talk with everyone!! I'm Blessed!!"
