"MARY ANN at the Costumer Service desk upstairs was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t know why, as I was being very polite but she wouldn’t respond to my questions (as in she blatantly ignored me when I spoke) and was just so nasty in general. I ended up going downstairs to complete my return because I couldn’t stand being treated like that and completed my return with a sweet girl at the shoe register. I wasn’t even able to order a replacement, so good job Macy’s. Will be taking my business elsewhere. AVOID MARY ANN."

"This Macy is very organized and the lighting in here help makes their products stand out. I came here on Christmas Eve to pick up my order at another store in the mall. I parked at the Macy parking lot when they just open to avoid the crowds. My fiancée was also looking for Ugg slippers so we saw some near the entrance to the mall. She asked an employee if they had it in her size but they didn't so she tried on one that was 1 size bigger. The employee was nice and patience with us so we appreciated that."
