"Buyer beware! Make sure to obtain a hard copy of your receipt despite sales people offering to send it electronically when you provide your member account info. They have a bad practice of not clearly disclosing their return policy. I tried to return an unopened TV mount which was over their 14 day return window. Manager Sushil was rude and dismissive as he was more concerned about finishing up and leaving right when they closed despite it still being 15 minutes until closing time. He also had the audacity to “check” my purchase history with the store and then said I should have known the return policy when I stated I have been a customer for years. After such poor customer service, I didn’t even waste my time telling them that my wife had already spoken with customer service when she tried to first return the item and didn’t have the card used when the item was purchased and was told that the 14 day return policy applied to electronics and it was actually 15 days for MOST purchases. Their return policy also states it as a return/exchange policy and these unprofessional sales representatives would not accommodate my request for a store credit or exchange for an item I need or can actually use and just kept on repeating to contact corporate. I’m sure their sales are impacted by online options and this is one way they can reduce loss, but poor customer service is guaranteed to drive away consumers even more."

"Unfortunately, this Best Buy's Geek Squad is affecting the rating for this location. As the manager stood by his team's horrible performance, this entire location is liable for the behavior and low quality of service provided. I cannot recommend this location for anything and even the pros are out shadowed by the despicable level of customer services provided at this location."

"Purchased a new dash camera and used Best Buys auto installation department. The rate to do the hardwire install was so inexpensive and the time that it took was quick! I had to write rave review for the service technician, Jose. This guy was amazing. The options he gave really made the difference in how perfect this install was. Jose was present. He was patient and very professional. I immediately went into the store and spoke to a manager (Brianna) and told her how impressed I was with my initial meeting with Jose. She mentioned that she would inform his manager, Frank. Great employees like Jose are the reason I keep coming back to this store and company. Great job Best Buy."

"Best Buy is the last electronic store. I used to visit the West Los Angeles store on Pico Blvd, but I like this Pasadena Foothill Blvd store a little more. I said that I am a loyal Best Buy customer. Purchased many house appliances and computer and electric equipment, and DVDs/CDs in the last 30 years. Best Buy can get an idea for what's the latest and greatest computers, TVs and electronics in the market. Put this place to visit for your electronic shopping wish list."
