"Monday: I call and leave a message to ask if they can replace my cell phone battery. No response. Tuesday: I go in person. While talking with me, the guy takes a 5-minute call, then tells me he ordered while talking and he'll have the battery the next day. Wednesday: I show up again, and he says, I forgot to hit enter so didn't actually order the part, come back tomorrow. I drive to Prepaid Plus on Lake, and that guy gets on the phone and asks for $10 more and says that he owns all the repair shops in Pasadena. OK, you win."

"Went there to replace a charging port as it wasn't charging. Turns out all it needed was a little cleaning. They did it for free and didn't try to do a repair I didn't need. Great place and I'll definitely be back if I need an actual repair."
