"Beautiful store, vast array of items to choose from. Just like everything else, prices have sky rocketed during and post pandemic. Items that were $5 are now $1 Some items / prices are just outrageous and would never pay them even if I had had the money. Now I only purchase exactly what I need. Nothing more. Used to have discretionary income. No more."

"Made an appointment online for 10 AM a few days before. When we arrived we were told that they do not have appointments at 10 and that we would have to wait for the designer to arrive at 11. She was late and arrived at almost 11:30. She was in such a rush to build our closet that she made multiple mistakes and had us buy almost $200 dollars worth of items that were not needed. The plans didn’t make sense. Luckily we were able to figure the issues out and fix them. Also, when we went to pick up our order, items were missing. We had to drive 75 miles back to the store to get them. We have done business at multiple locations without any issues. I feel like this store was the issue. I will just drive to Costa Mesa next time. Not The Container Store’s best."

"Very organized and pretty. This store has a special place in my heart because, by all means, a container store really should be the blandest, most boring shops of all. It's huge and full of things I didn't know I wanted. Only issue is that the stuff is a bit pricey. Nice things they may be, I find the for for a cheaper price online."
