"It’s so sad that this neighborhood post office in Old Torrance is so dysfunctional. Someone stole the drop box outside a couple of years and it’s never been replaced. So no access to mail anything after hours! And there’s always only one person working, with a long line of customers. Why they can’t put in an automated package and mail kiosk olike they have in the main Torrance post office, I don’t understand. But the post office is pretty messed up ever since Dejoy was appointed by Trump. Sad!!"

"I had a disappointing experience at the post office. The customer service from Jane, I received was subpar, with an unhelpful and seemingly disinterested employee who displayed a less-than-friendly attitude throughout my visit. I inquired about cost-effective packaging options to send my package, but she remained unresponsive and failed to offer any assistance. Instead, she curtly suggested purchasing tape for $3.99 without further explanation or options. If I happen to spot Jane at the post office during my next visit, I'll make a point to avoid her window altogether. Jane is unquestionably unhelpful, showing no effort to provide the best customer service experience. It was clear that the gentleman accompanying her was genuinely eager and prepared to assist me. He actively sought ways to ensure I received the best possible discount for sending my package, demonstrating a much more helpful attitude compared to his coworker."

"I just can't believe it!!! Once again you prove how your work ethic shine. Please don't tell me your lazy, if that's the case why are you working to deliver mail? My Mom sent my son a card for his Birthday, it was returned to her and with a yellow sticker and said the following; Return to sender not deliverable as addressed unable to forward. So she called me and I told her to put it in another envelope with the same address. He received it today! I have the proof of you people need it. Come on do your job!!! My Zip code is 90502"

"I hate this post office, they have lost or damaged too many packages that I have sent through them. It's impossible to get any kind of answer/help from them, as the unnecessary bullet proof glass impeded speech and hearing....Most of the time there is one person working the counter while the line stretches out the door... The workers are nice enough, but slow and again, there aren't enough of them... what's the problem with getting some extra help when the line gets longer than 5 people?....and why are my packages getting damaged or lost through this particular branch?.... I've giving up using this place, I'll just save my packages and mail then out through the Burbank office when I have business up there. F- this poor excuse for for a Post Office"
