"Frm: Damon Williams, Jr. Re: Despicable Customer Service and Customer Disrespect Overview: Purchased Frigidaire refrigerator Model# FFSS26125ts from AHA on January 16, 2021. We also purchased an extended Epic Protect Warranty #AO87818 for the refrigerator, expires 2026. Within the first year the refrigerator malfunctioned twice July 13, 2022 and September 13, 2022. AHA Despicable Service: We responded to AHA - Concord. As we entered the store, we observed two men engaged in conversation with each other, seated in what appeared to be the Store's Customer Service Area. Finally one of the men approached us. We explained our situation, and expressed that we urgently needed to replace this refrigerator unit. We were given the SUPREME RUN AROUND and Non-Service. It was a week before AHA responded to repair the refrigerator. Conclusion: AHA Customer Service of these two men - totally unprofessional and down right rude. I regret that we can not identify the men for AHA Corporate reprimand. In business bad service is detrimental. The sales-agent that actually sold us the refrigerator was totally informative and professional. The refrigerator is again not working properly. We shall purchase a replacement refrigerator at another retailer."
"Every aspect from sales to warranty to delivery has been a terrible experience. I would never do business with airport again under any circumstances. Sales people lie, warranty department is inept and purposely unhelpful, and delivery people are combative and hostile. For all 3 deliveries I’ve had, the company has had to come back out to either bring the appliance into our house or haul away warranty replacements, all because they had an internal miscommunication with sales. Airport can get effed."
"With a sudden broke down of my kitchen hood , I placed an order of $3500 with your company , however It took almost 2 months to get my kitchen hood deliver after many many follow ups. 1 week before deliver, I was charged additional $650 because salesperson charged me the wrong installation price . Also I learnt that because of the wrong installation price, my order was never delivered and was sitting in your warehouse. This is not acceptable at all even though the business gave credit of $100 for all this delayed and mistake . Moreover the company should not charge consumer credit card until the product/ order is delivered !!! It is like we have to place 100% deposit and waiting for 2 months to get your order! This will definitely bring to BBB attention in a matter of time !!!!!"
"Worst experience. Our fridge had a damaged coil and was leaking frion throughout the house. We ordered a replacement and when they arrived they refused to set it up or haul the other one away, as they said the off switch needed to be closed on the one old (which would have been useful to know beforehand). They refused to let us do this simple task (which I can understand due to liability perhaps). They said the min we had a professional come out to turn it off they would "be back within hours" to install and haul away. Due to the frion leaking and us all having crazy migraines we handled it with a plumber asap for a rapid 180$ and called just as they said. It took 5X 45 MIN CALLS to reach anyone to help schedule the delivery team's return. After 5 hrs of speaking to receptionists that all transfered me to dropped lines and voice boxes I finally reached a manager, only for him to tell me they "never come back once an item is dropped." After insisting they do, as promised, and explaining the urgency of the gas toxicity, he patched me through to a supposed agent and the message said "the line was no longer in service". Another 1 hr call and tears led me to a final agent who said they had no idea why the delivery man would promise to return within hours as the earliest they could return was days upon days... Over 800$ in groceries that we had kept iced in coolers for the approx 10 days of trying to handle this, eventually spoiled or soaked through and were lost. We STILL don't have the old fridge hauled away, nor the new one installed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER"
"I had waited for 5 months for my order from Best Buy - after multiple rescheduling, I cancelled my Best Buy order and I found Airport Appliances. Called to get details and found out what I needed to know. Hard to find item was in stock! Easy ordering online. Fast turn around. Clean installation. Got exactly what I wanted in just a few days. . Super happy with my new double oven."
