"Very nice and knowledgeable guy working the repair shop. We brought in our carpet cleaner and he told us the deal. He's a small shop so he couldn't order the pump that was broken with our carpet cleaner, so he gave us an option to buy another used but fixed and usable carpet cleaner of the same brand for $80. It was a newer model of our old carpet cleaner and it was easier to use for my father. I also think it's just nice to have shops like this. Good people you can talk to and help you repair and keep your equipment longer."
