"I applied for two jobs with the City of Thousand Oaks. Unfortunately my experience with Thousand Oaks Human Resources has been unsatisfactory. At the end of my job interview I was told that I would be notified within two weeks of the outcome. After three weeks I emailed TOHR for a response, and it took a further four days for Chelsea Weber, Associate Human Resources Analyst, to reply. Additionally, I applied for a second job, and finally after five weeks with no correspondence from TOHR, I inquired through email the status of my application. The reply was brief and terse, apologizing for the "delay." I responded with amazement that five weeks could be considered a "delay" and astonishment that a respected city such as Thousand Oaks would conduct their business this way. This was met by a further patronizing and rude reply from Kelsey Enos, Associate Human Resources Analyst. I am stunned by these poor business practices of Thousand Oaks Human Resources. Something's rotten in this organization."
