"Since relocating to Newburt Park I have enjoyed the product select at this store. Better than most. Until today I never not been received friendly helpful service at check out. Today I had been waiting in line when a register was opened to help someone who only had been in the store for 5 minutes. What happened to helping the next customer in line. Not only that but for the first time I had to bag my own items. After I paid team member he turned and walked off. Super rude. Shocked and dismayed with the complete lack of basic courtesy I received today."

"Poor customer service. I went in because I was double charged for two items.After explaining to the manager it took about 20 min to get a $2.60 refund. He kept helping other customers while I stood there waiting. He said something about needing to check the security cameras. Unbelievable."
"Well, I asst. mg @ this location, so I'm surely biased. This yr we have a new mgr & he brought along his freight to join our DT family. If our store appeared slummin' in the past, it surely's not anymore. Fully stocked w/ your fav name brands (@ a quarter of the price), our generic merch (same taste, functionality & quality as other stores, once more noticeably cheaper) & friendly staff make a visit our way a must. Pls put the stigma of a discount store out of your mind & come check our location out."
