"Overall, a very pleasant experience. The most difficult thing was finding the building. The address is on T.O. Blvd, but the building and entrance are in the back, so it is not on the street. It ran efficiently for a government office, and the person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. When you get there, after the very friendly security officer greets you, there is a kiosk inside where you check in and get a number. There is a tiny waiting room (no food or drinks are allowed inside) to sit in before you get called to a window. I suggest filling out any forms or paperwork you need before you get there to expedite your experience."
