"I would give 0-0.5 stars. The pharmacy needs better management. I am there so often and my final straw was the women saying “I only see this RX for you that is not covered.” After multiple attempts to ask her to look further or if I could speak to someone else, I have given up on them. The pharmacy staff is very confused and does not try harder. There are two pharmacists that do more but the others will not try past one click. The staff at the front is very fun and lively. it is a store of individuals doing their best. If only the pharmacy staff could take training tips from the store staff…"
"Very sad to say, But many will agree. What happened to the old Savon‘s that then turned into CVS? The service is just beyond terrible. The trouble that you have to go through to get your medication is ridiculous. I mean ridiculous. I’m not talking from a viewpoint of somebody trying to go and get drugs, or any other stupid reason. I’m speaking for those that need their medication that I’ve been taking it for decades, in my case over 32 years. And what I go through sometimes really Upsets me!! please make a comment if you agree. With any C.V.S., not just this one. Because I know from experience and I know that I’m not a black sheep! It has gotten to the point that they are going to cause great bodily harm to someone. It’s just a matter of time due to their antics on scheduled medication‘s. It doesn’t matter if you were a customer or a patient that has been going there for decades. I repeat decades. Meaning when it was still Savon or Longs drugs. Clarks drugs. Whatever you wanna call it. When you’re out of a medication and you go every month for the same medication and now they tell you that there’s a shortage or God knows what kind of excuse. Instead of being able to hand the patient or customer back their prescription and take it to another pharmacy of their choice or that may have the medication that they are looking for. With the way everything has gotten. It’s more of a stress to do it! They should include a Xanax with every prescription. Because the anxiety that they’re causing some people is terrible. Miss labeling medication’s. Someone very close to me could’ve died from taking too much of a medication. I looked at the prescription bottle and couldn’t believe my eyes what was printed on it. Almost to be done on purpose if you knew the situation you would ask yourself, is this being done with malice or Intentionally?? because this Hass to be brought before Congress. It needs to be changed immediately."
"The worst experience. I went to get a flu vaccine with a free voucher from work. Pharmacy tech procedes to tell me pin is not working. Procedes to tell me is not working even after voucher says reed able cvs pharmacy. I went to the other cvs across and they were able to help."
"Title: Exceptional CVS Experience: Easy, Friendly, and Quick! Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) My recent visit to CVS surpassed all expectations, delivering an exceptional experience across the board. The ease of finding products was outstanding, thanks to the store's well-organized layout and clear signage. Additionally, the cashiers were incredibly friendly, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my shopping trip. The pharmacy service was equally remarkable, with staff members who were not only quick but also genuinely friendly and helpful. CVS has truly mastered the art of providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, making it my go-to destination for all my pharmaceutical and retail needs."
"I know this CVS has a bit of a rough reputation compared to the other pharmacies in town, but I have never had anything but wonderful service. I especially commend the clerk who served me two weeks ago - his coworker was on a break and he had at least 10 people in line, yet remained cheerful and helpful, did his best to get us through quickly, and answer special customer questions without getting stressed. We need more service like that in the world!"
