"Beautiful trails with splendid views. Rolling hills with trails for walking, running and mountain biking. Open large vistas of the surrounding hills and distant mountains plus coastal views. Fairly soft trail."

"Great place to go mountain biking. There are several green and blue trails and one black trail, so there's something for everyone. You can easily do a new route every time with the amount of interconnecting trails. You can ride a 5 mile loop and be done or ride 20 miles and not ride the same trail twice. I usually start on the west side and then finish with the waterfall trail on the east behind the waste water treatment plant."

"This is a nice area to hike. The parking lot is near the equestrian center (check out the trail rides) and has a water fountain and bathrooms. The city is discouraging parking on the side of Lynn Road due to erosion and accidents. They will ticket side of the road parking if you are not in designated areas."
