"I'm not fond of this park. There are no small in area parks to walk our poodle. Or trails. It's so deep into Oxnard that it's hard to get anywhere to buy groceries or get down the road. It's took 15 minutes to just get down the street. But that's me."
"I enjoyed living here. I had great neighbors, esp. Paul. Most of the time it was quiet. The rest was noise from outside the fence. The managers are congenial, helpful. There's a patio at the office, tables inside, outside. It's great to have what is there. There's a pool table, a library, a pool and spa. I liked that we could bring our pets and they could visit with their buddies and enjoy themselves. Great place for seniors to live. Near markets, restaurants, gas stations, the beach."
"Upon entering the estate I couldn't help but take notice of the well kept grounds and cleanliness of the estate. The tenants that reside there are very polite and helpful. The club house was pretty nice"
