"Was dropping my drunk friend off at his house. Was only there for 30 minutes. Security came 10 minutes after I got there and put a barnacle on my windshield. No warning or anything. I had to wait for the security to come pick it up longer than I was actually parked there. It was also 2am, no one was coming to take that parking spot. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I had a very bad experience with one of the new girl employee I was minding my own business waking towards our trash can to throw my trash when our of no where the new lady who starts working there asked me if I was homeless I answered no then I asked her for her name and dhe told me you wanna get personal then got of her work car and approach me telling me if I wanted to go to jail I said for what then she assaulted me on my shoulder. I wanted to cry because I didn't want to hurt her so I walked away. The description of the lady is a white female with glasses small build so be careful when your in the area of the Timbers apartments."

"Have had contact with Signal 88 Security crew members working Seabreeze complex and they have all been professional, courteous and on point. I have witnessed them doing their job in a manner that is appropriate for a Security Company and have not seen any of their team try to pretend to be police officers, instead they all appear to be meticulously observational and are continually writing report information down. I have watched them interact with both residential people who are potentially problematic and non residents, like those that are trespassing and the staff remained calm and polite during those interactions. They seem to be a very good monitoring Security solution for places that require a human eye monitoring. I would suggest this group based on my observations of their team's actions at night and believe that their presence is a deterrent to potential crimes."

"They are the security in my apartment complex. All they do is check the pool and sit in their car. Loud parties going on passed 3 am and they ignore it. We have a homeless person living in front of the pool they check that takes people's packages."
