"DO NOT WORK HERE! But if you have to DO NOT TRUST LEADERSHIP especially the office manager, NICOLE. She has gotten people terminated for wild accusations she made up with no evidence. And if she can’t get you terminated, she will bully you into resigning (making you feel uncomfortable, giving you another persons work, etc.) She will act super nice to you at first, but the moment you disagree with her, she’ll make your job way harder. She also plays favorites and will give certain privileges to certain people. Don’t bother with HR in the office cause they are best friends with Nicole and will make up stuff with Nicole. The HR in the office isn’t even HR, they just another office coordinator. The office coordinators are all under Nicole, so you can’t trust them. Corporate HR doesn’t do anything either except fill out paperwork and leadership has always sided with Nicole. Leadership is a hot mess and has a high turnover. Telecare has numerous lawsuits for not just the services they provide, but for a lot of workplace violations. If you have to work there, get your credentials and hours and GET OUT! "They should be called Tele-scare because what they do there is scary. Clients die under their care. Telecare is the biggest contract for AB109, FSP, etc. but they are biting off way more than they can chew and their greed is done at the expense of clients falling through the cracks. If you are a client, or a family member of a client, please go somewhere else for your treatment. They boast to be an outpatient mental health treatment facility, there is no mental health care. Their case managers help them with I guess some case management (not housing), medication management, but they aren't getting therapeutic services; they cant deliver them because their case managers are people with bachelors degrees (if that) that aren't even in psychology or social work. You tell me how much they can know or actually do therapeutic services. Not every client gets a therapist either. If you are in this program, you probably have medi-cal...you would be much better off finding an outside therapist that accepts medi-cal and going to a mental health counseling clinic that has mental health groups run as an outpatient or intensive outpatient."
