"Horrible Service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Been here for almost 2 hours to be seen. Front desk seems annoyed that they have a job to do. Last time coming to this clinic, not worth the wait."

"Worst waiting time here u come with an apt and u still have to wait 2hr so the doctor can see u I came 1hr early to see if they can probably see me earlier and they didn't see me till 2 hrs later.. I still waited 1hr after my apt.. seriously they need to work on the apt why make an Apts if ur gone take to long to see the patients and they still tell u to come 15 before ur apt and I came 1hr before my apt ...it doesn't make sense..."

"I don’t know what else people can say about this place for them to make a change in their service. The receptionists are the most rude, unprofessional people I’ve ever been helped by. They speak to you like you’re literally a dog and have zero sense of decorum. I filled in my information, handed back the clipboard, and the receptionist spoke to me like I can’t speak english / have hearing problems. You don’t have to yell, I’m standing one foot away from you. The doctor was fine, but that’s about all I can say."

"I came in, walked up to front desk where I greeted both ladies in the front. Said hi and they both just sat there talking amongst themselves .Did not greet me back and proceeded to just give me a clipboard to sign myself in . Horrible customer service no manners and absolutely zero act of kindness. Hope these ladies get replaced. One comes in already feeling sick and get a cold greeting."

"I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago and i was seen right away. I was still not done filling out the registration paper work when I was already done. Probably a process of like 40 minutes from start to finish. I had to get blood work done and they were able to squeeze me in the same day for a later time. Waited 5 minutes before I was seen. The staff and DR were very nice and caring I can't complain. I've had bad experiences in another clinic near my home and it was so nice to be around a caring staff this time after making the switch. I honestly didn't read any reviews before coming, probably wouldn't of came if I read all the negative reviews but I'm glad I came because I had a good experience."
