"I tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Shue. Linda doesn't let me see DR. Shue. Because Nadia told her something for not letting me to see Dr. Shue. I don't understand why I need to go see emergency care. That is nothing of life threat. Nadia changed to be rude or look being racist. Something wrong with her. Let me say what is going to happen Dr. Nadia or Shue losing many patients. The doctor will be very serious trouble. Because Dr. Nadia problem. Is going to happen in one shot. Just to letting you know don't ever choose that clinic. I always go that clinic clinic since 7 years. And I stop going that clinic. I planned to change other new clinic."

"I am so very glad I switched my Dr. I was not getting the medical care I needed at this place. They are nice but true medical care is needed instead of just trying to get you out the door without true investigation of symptoms to see what is wrong with a patient. I seen Dr. Shue once for a car accident that left me with neck pain and I wanted help with what I need to do next in order to get better however, Dr.Shue stated that It was not bad and I was not experiencing the pain that I was in basically telling me I was wrong and I am ok. If a patient is needing help HELP them why else did you get your medical license for? Besides me seeing Dr. Shue for my neck I normally seen the Physician assistant. I would go to my check ups and voice any concerns I have but they were never investigated in asking questions and/or running test. Some questions I asked was based off of physical symptoms I was having that ended up to me having a actually medical disorder/disease that I never knew about cause this Doctors office just listen to my concern but did not actually try to find the why I was having my symptoms. However after many years of me unknowingly having a disease I developed another disease that affects my everyday life and can be life threatening. I wish I could have had help in beginning and would have a professional Doctor and Physician assistant that would actually be thorough in their profession and handle peoples health responsibly. I am happy to now have a Doctor that is concerned about the well being of their patients and takes their job of caring for their patients health seriously."

"I usually get treated by the NP. I never realized how bad this office was till now. I called for a phone consultation for a dermatologist referral, was told the NP wanted to see me first went in for abnormal skin texture asking for a dermatologist referral. The NP felt qualified enough to misdiagnose me and give me acne medication. Now I have severe acne. Called again for dermatologist referral and she still wanted to have me come in. Had to wait another whole week just for her to say I do need a dermatologist. But now I had to wait for the dermatologist referral in the mail for 2 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received anything. On top of that I’ve called their office over the course of a whole week and no one answers. I’ve made a total of 6 phone calls and waited 2 months to see a dermatologist and still have not seen one. I am definitely switching primary doctors. This is truly frustrating and now I’m spending hundreds trying to treat severe acne on my face that shouldn’t even have happened in the first place."

"NP Nadia Omar is the rudest medical Professional, if that’s what you want to call her. She looks down to you as you are speaking to her. We went in to see her for a concerning matter and basically she had no concern for our well being at all. I will Never come back here again. We love Dr Shue, but honestly he needs to get rid of his NP, because he will loose business! And that’s sad, because he does not deserve that. But, no one should have to tolerate how we were treated today. As far as the nursing staff, they should go with her too!!!"

"If you enjoy horrible and disrespectful service, visit this location! As a new patient, the employees hired by Dr. Shue were unprofessional and incompetent. I would expect none the less from the doctor that hired them. Worst customer service in my life. You could find better employees at a dumpy motel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, it was even worse. The person I contacted named Javier was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me because he "didn't want to talk" and handle my concern. Coming from a professional background, this behavior was uncalled for as the situation was a minor issue that could have been easily resolved with a decent attitude. Since the doctor is directly responsible for his staff, expect the same service from him! I suggest finding another location at a clinic that treats its sick patients with courtesy and respect."
