"When it comes to call backs or speaking with her , it's not good at all. I've had to call medical for 3 authorizations myself because I'm not speaking to anyone...the voicemail is full and I had quite some emergencies which led to changing my doctor..."
"I love being Dr. Anakwenze's patient. The waiting time is bad because probably half Los Angeles wants to be treated by her. Her clinic is simple, nothing fancy, and it doesn't bother me at all because the important is the medical knowledge. Dr. Anakwenze is extremely patient with her patients, and every consultation takes time because she likes to listen to the patient describing the issues, her exams are always complete and not in a hurry. This makes her always have safe diagnostics and choose the best treatment options for the patient. It's a million times better than fancy clinics that have doctors that barely look at the patient before giving a diagnostic. Dr. Anakwenze is the best."

"Dr is great she really is she but you have to wait 2 hours to see her with appointment and MOST if not ALL the time she is never there 1 of the reasons you have to wait so long but the way everything is set up and the staff make it very difficult to want to stay a patient. communication is lacking. I walked out this last time my appointment was at 1130. She wasn't there so I said I was not waiting they call me at almost 1pm that she is there if I want to return. They expect you to clear your day to be able to be seen"
"I love the Dr she is very nice. But they will have you waiting for 2hrs with a appointment. It's too much & there hygiene was not the best at the time I blame the staff. But since she has got few new employees! Dr Vicki is the best she is sweet and really gives u her full attention!! ."
