"I've tried for 3 Days to reach their front office in regards to procedure I was to have done tomorrow May 31st 2024. I even pushed option one as though I was a pharmacy and still was directed repeatedly to the voicemail after giving the option of speaking to the operator which never happened repeatedly I was redirected to leaving a voicemail which I did several times starting on Wednesday May 29th and as of right now I have not received a call back. The reason why I was calling is to discuss the procedure I was having done which was going to be a colonoscopy. After having met the doctor I wanted to inquire as to why it was necessary to be sedated and that I was uncomfortable being sedated for that type of procedure which is not invasive. So I will just cancel that appointment for tomorrow and find another doctor, this has been a waste of time."

"It is impossible to actually speak to a person or to even leave a voice message. I tried calling everyday for weeks following a procedure to get results as directed. However, no one ever got back to me. They didn’t return my calls nor did they even try to contact me with the results which I found out a year later that I needed to go back got some reason or another but it would be good if they communicate that with the patient. Still to date not a single call from their office to inform me that I need to go back for follow up because something was not right in their findings."

"Staff was friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable. This was a procedure I had put off for more than 10 years. Glad I did it. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be."

"Horrible! The worst experience ever! Didn't want to put any stars but had to put one to post. No one knows what they are doing in their office. When you make an appointment with a Dr. you almost never see the Dr. you make the appointment with. I takes at least 6 weeks to get an appointment. They told me they scheduled me for a CT scan in 6 weeks. So I waited in so much pain. In the meantime my wife called to see if there was any special instructions for the CT scan. They said they would have the clinic call us back. Didn't get to speak with the clinic when they called. But my wife did call back again to confirm the appointment. When I got there for the CT appointment, I was informed that it's only an appointment with the Dr. to go over my CT scan from 11 months ago. I flipped out. Then they said they don't even do CT scans there. Whoh! I was so mad. Then they said to call on Tuesday to see if they got me an appointment for a CT scan at another facility. When I called they told me I needed to make the appointment. The CT place told me I need a authorization number. So the CT place called Dr. Anadykes's office. They told them I don't need an authorization number because we have a PPO. The CT Place told them no they have HMO. So needless to say I am not getting the CT scan. We are so upset about this. I am in so much pain and need to find out why. We had to see Dr. Anadyke because of our insurance Health Net - Direct Network - So don't choose that plan. We are happy to report we are going with Blue Shield California Care for the New Year 2017. An hope to never deal with Dr. Anadyke again."
