"Stay away from this incompetence and negligence. Having severe back pain, I waited for 8 months to be referred to a specialist, and along the way, spent hours and hours making it happen by calling the doctor's office, providers, and clinics. The doctor admitted that she does not know the process of filing the request and has no time for it. My latest appointment with doctor Rieux was rescheduled twice and still is not been confirmed after 4 weeks of waiting. Unacceptable and unprofessional."
"I do not recommend this office. The front office hours are very limited and never available. They never pick up the phone and *may* call you back but unlike their voicemail it is usually never by end of same business day. Eg. Their lunch is 12-2!!!! They are not a certified medical practice and the advice they provide is something you would get if you google your symptoms. They try to rush you in and out. Their offices are confusing to find for new visitors. They rarely have in person appointments available. I am very relieved to find a new doctor. I have been suffering in pain for two years and didn't need to be."
