Our practice is co-founded by Mindy Garvey and Cathy Tarte, both of whom bring a wealth of experience and specialized expertise to our clinic. Mindy Garvey, a former competitive softball player, specializes in treating throwing athletes and those recovering from rotator cuff, shoulder labrum, and elbow injuries. Cathy Tarte, with her extensive background in orthopedics and sports medicine, also offers specialized physical therapy for breast cancer patients and oversees our lymphedema program.

Our diverse team includes Liz Glozman, who focuses on women's health physical therapy, Katie Lowes, who specializes in athletic injuries and chronic pain management, and Andrew Meyer, who is passionate about orthopedics and sports medicine. We also have Alison Ramos, who excels in sports performance and orthopedics, and Lisa, who specializes in pelvic health. Nicole, with her commitment to optimizing movement and expanding access to PT services, rounds out our team.
