"I purchased a pair of I Sea sunglasses in Kauai Hawaii while on vacation in May of 2024. The arm snapped off taking them off my head and they are under warranty so I reached out via email as there is no phone number. I have my receipt and informed them of this. They replied saying I had to return to the store?!?! I live in Montana that is RIDICULOUS. There warranty policy on their website states nothing of this. It simply states 60 days from purchase they can be replaced. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!"
"After posting this review I-Sea reached out. I did tell them they needed to fix their messaging on Insta since they don’t look at that page and that’s where the miscommunication happened. Well upon telling them my issue they made it right and I ordered a total of 3 glasses and love them all now that I got all 3 in perfect condition. I’ll be a return customer for sure! I purchased 3 pairs from them. One pair had some super minor scratches on the lens. I messaged them over a week ago with zero response. You can see the scratch right by glare of the light. Not how a business should be ran. Very disappointed about the customer service."
