"I used to go to this place all the time I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and it has gone under new management and the new manager is terrible, I bought a grinder off him and it didn’t work at all, I come back to the store to either get a refund or store credit and the guy says “ I can’t take it back because I will lose money” if you’re running a store you should be worried about your customers, He also said “well you’re the one who bought it, it’s not my fault” you shouldn’t be selling products that are terrible and don’t work how am I supposed to know it doesn’t work before I use it. it’s clear this guy doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and is only worried about his own pockets. If you ever shop here know this guy isn’t gonna help you out for anything and you better hope what you buy actually works because you can’t expect a refund"
